Shipping & Returns


We offer both Shipping options (shipping pricing shown at checkout) and In-Store Pickup (free). Pickups will at our store location (514 St Peter Street, New Orleans, LA 70016) from 11am-4pm. 

You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Pickup (depending on your choice of either at check out). If you choose In-Store Pickup, your package will be at the store with your name on it to pick up. 

Returns & Refunds/Exchanges:

Didn't love your purchase or want a different size? No worries, we're here to make the return and exchange process easy and quick!

We accept all online returns within 14 days of purchase for refunds or exchanges (refunds do not include the shipping fee). All items being returned must be unworn, with no signs of wear, and with original tags still attached. Return shipping will be charged.

In case of receiving products with shipping damage, please take a photo of the damaged product and the package. Email us at to let us know of this unfortunate accident, and we will work on a solution together, whether you want a refund or for us to ship you another of the product.

We are not responsible for lost packages. However, feel free to reach out to us. We'll see if there is anything we can do to compensate.

Return Instructions:

Submit a return request:

  1. Sign into your account by clicking this link: Account Sign In
    1. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you want an exchange, please add that to the note.
  5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
