We offer both a Shipping option (shipping pricing shown at checkout) or In-Store/Curbside Pickup (free). Pickups will be available Wednesday's and Friday's at our store location (514 St Peter Street, New Orleans, LA 70016) from 11am-4pm. You will receive an email notification when your order has either been shipped or is ready for Pickup (depending on your choice of either at check out). If you choose In-Store Pickup, your package will be at the store with your name on it to pick up. If you would like Curbside Pickup, please give us a call when you arrive. Didn't love your purchase? No worries, we're here to make your return process easy and quick!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days for store credit only (not including shipping fee). Item must be in perfect, unused condition with all tags. All sale items are final. Must keep receipt or gift receipt for return. Returns must be made by mail – returns of website orders cannot be accepted at our store location. Store credits issued will be valid on our website; store credits are not valid at our store location.
Inside the package you received with your original order, there is a "Returns" page. Please fill out completely and include inside your return package. The return address will be listed on the “Returns” page included in your package. Once we receive your return, we will then issue a store credit under your name to be used on our website. If you have misplaced your Returns page, or if one was not included in your original order package, please email us at email@example.com and we will email you a new copy.
Using a Store Credit:
After receiving your return package, we will email you a special discount code to use on our website in the exact amount of your store credit. This will ensure that your store credit will be applied to your purchase at checkout. Store Credits are only valid on our website- they cannot be applied to in-store purchases at our French Quarter store location.
